Disappointing service and garbage bike
We are incredibly disappointed with this purchase and Jasion’s customer service. For the first 4 weeks, the bike worked okay. We noticed a few occasional error codes during that first month, but the bike would always work again the next day, so we didn't pursue a fix right away. That was our mistake. About a month later, the bike suffered total electrical failure and stopped working altogether.At first, Jasion’s support team was amazing. Both my son and I reached out and received troubleshooting instructions immediately. The representative showed a lot of empathy. When that first fix failed, we reached out a second time. They gave us more instructions and told us to send video evidence, pictures, the serial number, and our order number if the bike still didn't work.Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting worked. We gathered all the requested videos, photos, and numbers and sent them back to Jasion. That is exactly when the ghosting started. Since sending that required information, both my son and I have emailed them many times and have been completely ignored. I even called their phone support line, and they straight-up refused to help me, stating I could only be assisted via email—the very same email address that is ignoring us.They give you a great runaround and a false sense of security while your return window is open. The moment you need them to actually honor their 1-year warranty on a defective, dead bike, they completely disappear. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind its product. ***addition to my review*** JasionBike replying to these reviews with an offer to assist is just fake and they don’t reply to any communication. This company is absolutely disgusting and should be taken to court.
