I used to buy from Zalora long before other online shopping platforms became popular in Malaysia. Back then, I ordered a pair of shoes, waited almost two weeks for them to arrive, only to find out they were the wrong size. I submitted a return and refund request, which took another week to process, and the refund was given as store credit. Honestly, who would want to shop again after such a bad experience? Years later, I decided to give Zalora another chance. Big mistake. At this point, it's not even about the money anymore. It's about trust. Once trust is broken, it's very hard to earn it back. I can't wait to get my refund so I can uninstall the app and forget about Zalora for good. I regret trusting Zalora again. :)
