Had a pair almost 7 years but the warranty ruined it for me.
Everything was good up until I had to warranty them. I had my pair coming up on 7 years, multiple perscruptions put into them and worn for hours. Screw had managed to back out an arm somehow and I didn't have any that could fit. Had got in touch asking if I could just get some screws sent the team offered a full replacement through their warranty instead, which mind you costs $49.99 +Shipping, a little wasteful but okay. The warranty team did not tell me they were a different sizing now which no longer day right on my ears. No solution was attempted to be offered, I had asked how the hook designs sizing were and that part of the question was ignored. I was simply told that: "The first Sloan design was a mistake they didn't fit behind anyone's ears" Excellent response when I say the new ones are too big. I had my old ones for almost seven years and I don't see myself getting any more or recommending them to any friends going forward sadly.
