Incomplete Order and No Support
I purchased a product, but the delivery was incomplete. I contacted the seller immediately to report the issue, yet I have received no response for more than 14 hours. I also contacted the website's support team, but so far I have not received any assistance or update regarding my case. As a customer, I expected better communication and support when facing a problem with an order. At the time of writing, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for both the seller and the platform to provide a solution. I will update this review if the matter is resolved satisfactorily.
