I spoke with Joice in Customer Service this morning regarding discrepancy in the medication dosage shown on my account for months 5 and 6. Instead of increasing it is shown as being the same as that for month 4. Joice was very pleasant and efficient and scheduled an appointment for me to speak with a member of the care team today.
