HORRIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCT
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!!! I ordered several items for an upcoming vacation which hadn’t been shipped after more than a week and finally arrived while we were gone. Upon opening, the products were horrible! The prints are out of focus and the material is very rough and uncomfortable. On their website there is No instruction for returns…NO return address…NO customer service phone number…and the emails I sent were returned with generic fields saying that someone from their “after-sales department” will complete the process within three business days, four business days ago…and still “radio silence”. I am stopping payment and posting appropriate reviews so that others will hopefully avert my dilemma. Very sad that they were so unreliable and deceitful.
