From the beginning to the end
From the beginning to the end, my conversation with John was very pleasant. He had a solution and stayed on the phone until he knew it was completed on both ends so that the issue was resolved without a doubt. Through this entire process, John was very respectful and sincere about wanting to help me out. This cannot be overstated, customer service in our society in general has suffered tremendously. John was a breath of fresh air!
