Someone answered the phone ...no wait queue...1st level tech asked relevant questions and let me explain what was happening and quickly determined who I needed to speak with...put me on hold and contacted the technical resource directly transferring me ...I had expected to go into another queue. That tech already had reviewed my issue and was ready to assist. Never have had a bad experience with IOLO!!
