Absolute scandal.
Returned an item from Switzerland to your German address as per your instructions. I payed an extra 30chf for the postage. 1.5 months later I received the parcel back to my door- as apparently noone was there to receive the package!?!? And now you're avoiding me, not addressing the issue, telling me "postage is my responsibility ". Guess what, operating a Functional Company is YOUR responsibility, and making sure you have staff to receive the parcel is also YOUR responsibility. Avoiding me and the issue is a ridiculous time wasting tactic. I will make sure NOBODY I know orders from you again. Scandal. Do not send me generic emails like moronic bots as a response to your mistakes. Send me my REFUND.
