I received the wrong color shirts
I received the wrong color shirts. I ordered a gold color for all and they came more orange, with one out of 12 shirts yellow. The yellow was the color needed. I reached out, sent pictures, every email a new person responded. I was told a replacement order was coming. I specified these were all needed in the yellow color and were needed for a specific date for a tournament. The “replacement” showed up with one shirt in the orangish color, and not even the one that was a different color on the original order. A random persons shirt that had already came in the orangish color . We now not only have the wrong color jerseys for the tournament but one girl will have a completely different color shirt. After speaking to 3 different people explaining my issue it still didn’t get resolved. Super inconvenient. Waiting on a resolution for either credit or a refund on this this.
