Awful return policy
I ordered regular length jeans from Good American and apparently the Kardashians and I have very different definitions of the word regular. I'm 5'8", not 4'11", and these things were still long enough to sweep my floors while I walked. When I went to return them, I found out the return window is only 14 days from the ship date. Not when they arrive. Not when a normal person has time to try them on. The ship date. So now I own a $150 pair of jeans that fit like I'm preparing for my NBA debut. The jeans are cute. The return policy is giving "we already got your money." Disappointed is an understatement.
