Peacock has the worst customer service…
Peacock has the worst customer service ever. I called its customer service number many times, but no one was there. I left messages, but I have never received a call back. I emailed them, but I got no feedback. The AI chat was useless. I purchased a Walmart + membership, which included 30-day free trial Peacock streaming service, but Peacock still charge me the same rate. No more Peacock. Phil
