The worst customer service
The worst customer service. I had been taking NMN for a year or so. At Cymbiotika’s suggestion, I switched my subscription to NAD. It is horrible. I cannot tolerate the flavor and it upsets my stomach. I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer service and only get an AI generated response that offers no solutions. I have made a dispute with my CC company and will no longer order supplements from this company.
