Great gear and responsive service
I have purchased a number of items from this company as I am transitioning from DSLR’s to iPhone for my photography. My latest purchase is a telephoto lens which attaches to my phone which is paired with a Telesin grip which allows me to use my phone much like my Nikon DSLR. All of the gear I have purchased was delivered as promised and the quality of the equipment is outstanding. My latest purchase was their new Master optics 105mm lens which came with a case and connector plate. Unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the wrong plate and when I approached Telesin on resolving the issue they were quick to respond by email. We exchanged a few emails and once they understood my issue they quickly advised they would be sending me the correct connector plate to properly attach the lens to my phone. Even though the error was mine they are replacing the part at no cost. The email exchanges were respectful and timely. I will continue to purchase from this company for the quality of their gear and for their responsive approach to resolving problems.
