I have to be honest, CallTools itself is a mess.... horrendous UI, data not being fully captured etc - HOWEVER, you should give Buddy Becerra a RAISE!!! This man has SINGLEHANDEDLY kept us from cancelling. Top notch service agent who understands what it means to help!!!! 5 stars for Buddy Becerra!!!!
