Poor launch execution
Not 1 star because they still get alittle grace for past experiences. The creator 5 launch has been the worse retail experience I ever had. Poorly executed, very little in the way of official communication about the delays, suggested reorders that caused some of us to lose our preorder status. We even got emails asking us to review the prints we still have yet to receive. Fingers crossed this isn’t reflective in the printers performance or build quality. Yes, this is a concern now.
