I had a very negative experience with Deedvid. I was charged 84£ after subscribing because the pricing is displayed mainly as a monthly fee, with only a small “billed annually” mention. In practice, you end up being charged the full annual amount upfront, which is not clear at all at the time of purchase. This kind of design feels intentionally misleading and gives the impression that the company relies more on confusing pricing than on product quality. On top of that, the output I received was far from satisfactory in terms of relevance and quality: it did not meet professional standards and I would not use it in a serious context. Overall, I have the feeling I paid a significant amount for a service that neither delivers clear, transparent pricing nor real value.
