Banned with no explanation and they're holding my money
I worked on Workana for two months — honestly, professionally, delivering for clients — and out of nowhere my account was banned with no clear explanation given to me. Worse, I still have a balance sitting in my account that they have not paid out. So I've done the work, but Workana has both locked me out and kept money that's owed to me. I've tried to get answers and gotten nothing useful back. Banning an account is one thing, but withholding earnings someone has already worked for is completely unacceptable. If a platform can take your account and your balance with no real explanation and no recourse, then no freelancer's income is safe on it. I would warn anyone considering Workana: your account and your money can disappear without warning. Until they explain bans clearly and release balances people have earned, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
