Professional, Patience and Knowledgeable Support and Great Recovery Software
I was trying out this recovery software after my backup drive partition disappeared. I was trying out the free standard version and had encountered some questions. Hence I went to their website and was attended by one of their support staff Kush Jain. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. While I informed him I was only trying out the software, he sent me a link to the software's online manual and patiently guided me to find what I was looking for, waited patiently for me to go through the manual and answering my questions at the same time. He has helped me through the steps for what I was looking for. I am grateful to him for his professional service, knowledge and patience. He didn't push me to buy the license upfront, but instead told to to try out the software and be sure I was able to find what I needed before paying for the license. When he got me through the whole process, then he informed me of the version of the software that would fulfill my need. I'd be getting a new replacement drive first then buy the required license for the recovery.
