Do Not Trust Superbuy – Account Repeatedly Blocked, Funds Missing, and Orders Cancelled Do not trust Superbuy. I have been a long-term customer and have spent more than $30,000 through my Superbuy accounts over time purchasing products and importing them to Canada. Despite my history as a customer, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Superbuy requested identity verification, proof of payment, credit card verification, and ownership documents for the card being used. I fully cooperated and provided every document requested. After reviewing and approving my documents, my account was unlocked. However, my account was later blocked again for the second time, despite using the exact same verified payment method. At no point have I attempted a chargeback, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any payment requirements. My documentation clearly demonstrated that I am the legitimate owner of the payment method being used. The situation became even worse when Superbuy cancelled the shipping for more than 40 orders. At the time, over $600 remained in my account for shipping and related expenses. After the cancellations, the funds were not returned to my Superbuy balance, and I have not received the refund back to my credit card. As a result, I am left without my shipments, without access to my funds, and without a clear explanation regarding the repeated account restrictions. These issues have negatively impacted my business operations in Canada, delayed customer orders, and caused unnecessary stress and financial disruption. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Superbuy. I have already started moving my business to alternative platforms because I no longer have confidence in the reliability of this service.
