I have spent over 3 weeks trying to keep up communication with them to sell an account. I first reached out to them on 6/8, and I finally transferred my account to them on 6/26 (took so long because I got, at most, one response a day). On 6/26, I was told I would received my payment in 1-2 business days. Two days ago I asked if there was any progress on the payment and I was told that payment would be completed that day. I have not heard anything since and have yet to receive my payment.
