The product works great. Abusive Sales policies
The product works great. The application to the entire house only takes 10 minutes. The instructions are clear. Most importantly it works. The bugs are gone. I would have given them 5 stars but their Sale practices and policy are abusive. They are requiring a subscription and make it difficult to cancel (it’s not obvious how to cancel on their portal). They refuse to provide customer service if you are not on a subscription. In fact when they sent ,my initial product they did not include the spray wand. I had already canceled my subscription because I didn’t want an automatic renewal next spring. As their policy states they refused to send the wand they mistakenly never sent me until and unless I reactivated my subscription. After going through a supervisor or two they finally sent me my wand and re-canceled my subscription. This was messy and unpleasant for their customer. If they allowed for a one time purchased, backed by just a bit of customer support when there are problems with an order, they would win my loyalty forever. Next spring I just may got buy a product off the selves of my local hardware store. They had me, until they didn’t. Too bad, so sad.
