Like the meds and labs in one spot and the ability for system to be robust enough to handle high client volume and schedule loading for 7 full time providers. I like the development teams responsiveness and Vince our onboarding specialist. The reviews sent out. What dislike is that it has no app, and essentially a useless client portal. Lack of customizable things, the getting into systems and no scheduling for clients or ability to see their appointments. Many other things have been solved by the team.
