Updated: They did not refund my money. This Chinese company scammed me. I never used their product—it wasn't even activated. I recommend avoiding this company. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I feel misled by Wondershare's free trial advertising. I intended to start a free trial only, but ended up being charged for a paid subscription. I noticed the charge immediately and requested a refund on the same day. I did not use the software or any paid features. After realizing what had happened, I removed the software from my computer. My refund request was rejected despite the fact that the purchase had just been made and the product had not been used. The refund process is difficult, support is hard to contact directly, and refund requests require additional uploads and procedures. This experience has left me very disappointed. In my opinion, customers should be able to receive a refund when a purchase was made by mistake, the software was not used, and the refund was requested immediately. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
