Truly horrible company
Truly horrible company. Parcel been stuck in their warehouse for over a week. Sent email and only bot’s replying ‘Due to a recent surge in inquiries, our response time may take a little longer than usual. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to address every concern as quickly as possible’ and no other updates in another 3 days. Been thru the troubles and contact their live support, ended up basically the useless reply of ‘we’ll try to expedite the delivery’. Such bs company
