I had a great experience with them. I went to go check the tracking about a week and a half after ordering and there was some kind of glitch where there was no updated information so I emailed the company. Not only they respond within 20 minutes saying they would look into it and to please give them 24 hours they actually responded in 24 hours with an updated tracking number. It arrived two days ago. After it was delivered the even when out of their way to make sure that I had in fact received it. I know a lot of these companies can be questionable nowadays but I can speak pretty confidently that this company is not one of those companies. They actually have a real customer service team in place who actually care about their customers. And another amazing thing is what it says it's Canadian dollars it's actually Canadian dollars (You can sometimes order from companies that claim they're from Canada but they charge in USD) I will definitely be using this company again!
