Escalated my failed Samsung Watch5Pro to the 'highest level' in Samsung and they still wouldn't budge. Bought my £500 watch 2 years and 1 month ago. Watch is rated IP68 / ATM5. I didn't even take it in the swimming pool (which it's OK for) but just used it for golf. It failed, sent it in for a repair - told there was water ingress into the watch and it would cost £180 to repair as there were so many parts that had issues. I argued that an IP68 watch should not have water ingress, but was told by Samsung Customer "Solutions" that after the warranty then it's not their issue. Even telling Samsung that there were many reports of the same issues on the internet so it's a fault with the product - got no where. Can't believe I have bought so many Samsung devices in the past. Not anymore - corrupt company who don't care about their customers.
