All files were recovered. Pits Data Recovery told me it would be about a month, but I received the files in 17 days. They were very transparent about pricing. No surprise charges. Would definitely use them again. Samuel was very accommodating and helped me through all processes. Would definitely use Pits Data Recovery again. But hopefully I learned my lesson to back up my data.
