Tyler was excellent in every way but the sales team was irresponsible
Tyler was excellent in every way. Without his support I would not have been able to set up my Microsoft office and business BUT I should never have been sold this product in the first place and am deeply disappointed as a result. I will not use your company again and will advise others of my experience. Tyler, however, made it possible for me to use this software for the next year and I am truly grateful for his over and beyond assistance. Thank you
