The service technician I spoke with was very knowledgeable and understanding of my specific issues. I know a moderate amount about website maintenance but really struggled with some pieces, particularly DNS records for webmail. He quickly identified what needed fixing and kept in touch until all of my domain and webmail DNS issues were resolved.
