FNP very unreliable
Extremely disappointed with FNP. Had a birthday gift delivery to the Philippines scheduled for 17th Jun 26. Received messages 3 days in advance saying packing as advertised was not available. Informed them to proceed with whatever can be managed. The gift was not delivered on the 17th. I have been following up since 3 days and neither the gift has been delivered nor has anyone contacted me with regards to the refund. FNP is completely unreliable and unprofessional.
