The CISA is done by his team, I believe, from India, which takes over the computer and writes the exam for the student. His listed addresses are not in operation, the Chicago office is foreclosed and the Dallas office is locked and not in operation. Students from even 2years ago have not gotten any job and every day Tolupe Micheal goes on social media to scam vulnerable immigrants seeking a better life.
