My experience was very disappointing. I won approximately $260 using Promotional Entries that I earned through gameplay after receiving free Promotional Entries. When I tried to redeem $100, I was first told there was a payment system error and was asked to submit the redemption again. After doing exactly what I was instructed to do, I only received $25. I later learned that Rule #7 limits certain winnings from free Promotional Entries to $25. While the rule is in their terms, I wish this had been explained from the beginning instead of being told the issue was with the payment system. The communication was confusing, and it was frustrating to see the rest of my winnings removed from my account. My advice is to read Rule #7 carefully before spending time playing. If you're playing with Promotional Entries covered by that rule, you may not be able to redeem the full amount of a large win.
