I ordered a USA soccer inspired baby’s onesie from The Red First and what I received was 4” shorter in length than what their size guide listed. When I reached out to their customer service, I was asked to send photos of the garment with a tape measure on top to prove that the garment was shorter than what was listed in their size guide. I sent the requested photo along with a screenshot from theredfirst.com showing their own size guide which showed the size I ordered was supposed to be 16.7” long. What I was received is only 12.7” long. That’s close to a 25% size mistake. After several email exchanges, they said that the size difference was “within the normal production tolerance.” They then refused to refund my money or send me the correct size. A 4” difference in length is a huge difference for baby clothing. Do not buy from this company.
