Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, please avoid them at all cost. Ordered mother day portrait from them to be delivered in India from Singapore, they delivered the wrong one with someone else’s photos. We returned the portrait and tried to contact customer service from 2 countries and no one responded. The poor delivery guy said he will try to redeliver the correct portrait but with such a pathetic company behind him , he never did. We never got a refund, never got the correct portrait and never heard from customer service in either country on any channel (WhatsApp, call, message, social media, email). So yes it was a data nightmare (what if they delivered my family portrait to someone else?!!) and we never even got an apology!
