Praised goes to Captain Fadly/Partly (not my fault)- 21 June @1300hrs, PD7969Z. He is such a lively, full of happy energy & positive vibe driver. Right from the start when we the passenger met him, he greeted us warmly and stretch his hand to assist us with the luggages. I think this is the 1st time with KKKL Travel & Tours, I experienced this. Usually we just load the luggage ourselves and then the Bus Captain will only later help to organise if the luggages gets more and more. In the bus, regardless having the Tour Guide *who seem to be invinsible*, Captain Partly is the one who is showing endless care towards the passengers. Seem everyone in the bus love his service and truly we are fortunate to have it as our driver. At one point we laugh and clapped because he managed to locate a very elderly couple. He personally made sure the headcount are right and he made extra effort to keep monitoring to look out for 2 very elderly couple he addressed as Aunty & Uncle. He was very respectful and do not rush them at all. He go the extra mile to look for them and even made sure he carefully standby right below when they boarded the bus as they both have difficulties going up the stairs. I witness as I was seated at seat nos 1 & 2. The bus was spacious and clean throughout.
