worst experience
Very disappointing experience with Ninja Van. If I could give negative 100 stars, I would! Their rider collected the wrong parcel, and it took TEN days and several follow-ups before it was returned. Because of the delay, I missed using the items for my honeymoon trip and had to repurchase them. What made it worse was the lack of urgency, accountability, and compensation, even though the mistake was entirely on their side. I had to keep chasing them for updates despite being the affected customer. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!
