Mislead and dishonest
Very disappointed with Thryv/Yellow Pages advertising service. A sales representative (Tushar Mala) came to us and promised results, and we were told that if the advertising did not work, a refund could be arranged. After spending more than $1,350 and running the campaign for over a month, we received ZERO calls and ZERO leads. Not even a single enquiry. What makes it worse is that our business actually slowed down during this period. When I raised my concerns, the response I received was, “I’m just a worker, I can’t do anything.” This is extremely unprofessional, especially when that person is my only point of contact with the company. My emails and messages have been ignored, and nobody seems willing to take responsibility or provide a solution. No refund has been offered despite the promises made during the sales process. I feel completely let down by the service, communication, and support. Spending over $1,350 for no calls, no leads, and no customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
