"Money back guarantee' means nothing
"Money back guarantee' means nothing, their service DID NOT work I ran everything through zerogpt to confirm. Now they won't refund. AVOID. I see that the company has subsequently reached out here. To be clear, their product did not work, they claim to have a money back guarantee, and suffice it to say, they were NOT going to honour it (they offered me free usage credits, TWICE, for a product that DOESN'T WORK) and ONLY when I posted this review did they then execute on the refund (and reply here to make it look like they're good citizens). SaaS companies are famous for this kind of treatment of clients of course. I don't appreciate having to make threats to get them to return the money they effectively stole from me.
