I placed the order for Father’s Day to be delive On 21st June, but on 22 nd June, they cancelled the order with the note that the address was incorrect. How that could be because my father even shared the house location with the delivery guy as well. That was disappointing. When I reached out to the support team to inquire about it, I got connected with Chitra, she was really helpful and refunded me the funds for the order and I placed the order again and she promised me to keep an eye on the order delivery personally. That was so nice of her :) Overall, great customer service but not good delivery service
