In the case of a customer complaint, you just reply with a crappy template message, and refer to an alleged change of ownership, which is why you can't see previous transactions, which you detailed in the two previous sentences! What you're doing is a real scam, even the Chinese are more correct than you! No one should buy from you, the products are crap, and the customer service sends a template text! What a disgusting company! 2 times I received exactly the same reply: "Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, and we sincerely appreciate your detailed explanation. We fully understand your frustration regarding the issue and the expectations you have as a customer who purchased the product under the Nava Bands brand. However, while we would like to assist further, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request. Your purchase was made under the previous ownership of the store, prior to our acquisition in January 2026. As a result, we do not have access to the transaction records required to properly review or process your case.
