Unlike others I did receive my order, but I also needed to get in contact with their support, because of the technical issue (the 8k receiver seemingly has eletrical issues). Never got any response besides "we'll get back to you". It's been three weeks now and I've tried to contact them again through email, their website and Discord. It doesn't seem like I'll get any help. --- Update: see an “incredible” response to my review underneath. Guys: I've already “reached out” to your support team more than once or twice every time providing my order number. After eventual escalation to an email that is for complaints and not being satisfied with customer support I've got a response finally, but that response was clearly somebody just copy-pasting a standard answer without reading the details. I responded immediately: of course I've been ghosted since.
