I received a second order when I did not knowingly place an order on a subscription basis. I thought, 'Here i go, fun times ahead, arguing over a subscription that must've been in some fine print somewhere.' HOWEVER, Mark responded immediately and made everything all right. Immediately issued a refund and cancelled any future orders. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE from an online order!
