Amazon and Ninja Van update..
Amazon and Ninja Van update... So for about ten consecutive deliveries, my packages were delivered by Ninja Van successfully on the first attempt. This is after filing many complaints due to 33 consecutive failed delivery attempts. Yeah, 33 in a row. Amazon actually said it was my fault for not answering the phone. Huh? You blame the customer when a call is totally unnecessary. Just deliver the package. My address is a business open 24 hours. Nobody texts or calls. No attempt is made. Now again, Ninja Van is back to their "attempt was made but unfortunately ran into an issue" lies. 4 in row now. Trying to contact them for an explanation and they never respond. Every other delivery company delivers with no issue but Amazon assigns 95% of their deliveries to Ninja Van. Horrible business practices. 🤬😡
