It was the second time I ordered a McIntosh product from them first time RS-250 no issues. I got an RS-150 & out of the box it would not connect to bluetooth on my iphone or Astell & Kern or Walkman. They were not very nice on the phone, blamed me & made me pay return shipping. I will never buy from them again. Ira if I recall was the man’s name. Extremely disappointing as it felt like a betrayal in the Hi-fi community :(
