Disappointing first experience
Disappointing first experience I was a first-time StarPets user and decided to try the service after seeing their advertisements. I wanted to buy a Ride Potion for a friend, so I took a chance and added one to my cart for $0.35. I topped up my StarPets balance using my Maya virtual card, then purchased the Ride Potion. The balance was deducted, but the Ride Potion never appeared in my Purchased Items or Items to Withdrawal. I also experienced a major technical problem with the website/app. Almost every time I clicked or navigated to another section, I was logged out and had to log in again. I understand that purchased items have a 60-minute claim period, but in my case the item never appeared in my withdrawal section in the first place, so I couldn't claim it. I have screenshots of my Maya payment, StarPets balance, the Ride Potion in my cart, and the empty purchase/withdrawal history. As a first-time customer who took a chance on the service because I wanted to do something nice for my friend, this experience has honestly been disappointing. I'm hoping support will resolve the issue fairly. I'll update this review depending on how StarPets handles the situation.
