Guppies being guppies
Guppies being guppies led to an algae bloom that overwhelmed my tank and prompted a rebuild. One Hygger led to another, each product not only well designed but effective and efficient. Two separate incidents, an accounting issue and a delivery issue allowed me to interact with Hygger Customer Service. Prompt contact and immediate resolution was wrapped in a very pleasant dialogue. I think I have a crush on Emma! Yes, it’s a cozy, comfy feeling for me AND my finny friends. Thanks! Tom Hansen
