I purchased two AOVO Pro scooters
I purchased two AOVO Pro scooters, and unfortunately, both of them stopped working within just one month. This has been one of the worst experiences. The biggest disappointment has been the customer service. They take a very long time to respond, often don't respond at all, and when they do, they send defective replacement parts that don't solve the problem. I've spent months asking them to replace at least one of the scooters since both failed so quickly, but they keep delaying and haven't provided a proper solution. A product can have issues, but what matters is how a company supports its customers. After spending my money on two scooters, I was left with two unusable products and no support. I would not recommend AOVO Pro based on my experience. Their product reliability and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing.
