I must say that the online ordering process was less than stellar. For some reason, after placing my order, I could not get to the shopping cart, and ordering section. I was frustrated and unable to check out with my product. At some point in searching the site for the checkout section, I stumbled into a phone number. I decided to call the number in the event that I could close out the deal with a customer service rep. Luna answered the phone. She turned the whole experience around and was calm and collected and helped me to complete my order my hats off to you, Luna, as without your intervention, I would not have been able to complete my transaction. Thank you so much Luna, you made my day! Douglas
