Nurse Rachel is more than worth it (she’s 5 star)
We felt there could be slightly more transparency about the “Baby or your money back”. We thought this was included based off phone calls we had, not a separate thing to purchase afterwards. Overall the staffing is great and the process went very smoothly. At first, we did not think we needed a nurse and boy were we wrong. Rachel Cox was our nurse and was AMAZING. Very attentive and caring. She remembered my appointments and would check in on me to see how they went and would explain further what they are looking for, possible outcomes, etc. Our clinic only did videos for injections/medications and Rachel took the time with us to go through all of them, how they work, what they do, things to look at for. This was beyond helpful. She did things for us we assumed our clinic automatically would and genuinely cared. If I could give this woman a raise myself I would! Thank you thank you to Rachel for being such a god send through this process!
